This Open Call:

• Seeks organizations whose main purpose is advancing the voices and opportunities of those most vulnerable, including individuals and families of meager or modest means, and groups who have met with discrimination or other systemic obstacles.
• Seeks organizations that work directly with an intended population. Organizations best suited are those whose explicit purpose is to enable individuals and families to achieve substantive improvement in their well-being through foundational resources such as access to health care, stable and affordable housing, education and job training, support for sustained employment, asset ownership, civic engagement, and other pathways.
• Aims to support community-led, community-focused nonprofit organizations. The strongest applicants should be able to demonstrate authentic community leadership, and they will also have clear, existing pathways for community members to influence and shape decisions.
• Organizations must be able to verify an annual operating budget of at least $1M and no more than $5M for at least two of the following fiscal years: 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022.
